This beautiful sleep meditation will help you drift to sleep with the power of your own positive healing energy. So that you can wake up feeling healthier, more alive and radiant than you have ever felt.
Before you begin, remember to first, find a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed for the next 40 minutes. Second, find a comfortable position to sit – it can be in a chair, crossed legged or on your knees, or lay down and when you’re ready, press play. Once the sleep meditation session is over, you can share your experience with all of us by commenting below.
Enjoy 🙂
P.S. This is an incredible sleep meditation. I did it last night and I have to confess that the effect it has on you is beyond words… It really is. And I hope you will enjoy it as much as I have 🙂
Dan, it’s normal to feel this way in the beginning. No need to worry. And I am sure you do know how to meditate.
All you have to do here is to find a place where you have peace and nobody will disturb you, close your eyes, find a comfortable position to sit – it can be in a chair, crossed legged or on your knees, or lay down and allow the words to sync in…
I used to be like this in the beginning as well, and the thoughts about not doing it right were keeping me from being present and enjoying the meditation. But you are doing it right.
Just listen to the words and focus on your breathing. Whenever your mind starts to drift, focus on your breathing… that will bring you back into your body and the present moment.
I really want to be able to relax and sleep moretbsn 3 hours a might, my mind is racing so much with junk. That I don’t know how to slow it down. I try to listen to all the tapes and read the things, but I don’t seem to be understanding how to meditate propperly. What am I doing wrong? How can I make it work for me and let go of all the negative and energy wasting thoughts.
