Radical acceptance is a much harder thing to do when you have been to hell and back and back again . Writing about it is easy and even more easier to write about it if you’ve suffered hell and back .
The point is this , is there something to move on to ? Do you have the strength to rebuild a life from scratch yet again ? Do you have the financial resource to go with your inner resources, because although money isn’t the be and end of it is important when starting over , starting over in poverty doesn’t go .
So it is easy for some , but not all , now put education to the mix of money and inner resources and if you don’t have the education and degrees it’s harder still and let’s put into the mix the amount of times you’ve been to hell and back …..well it takes a lot to just give up the past and move on or give up the ghosts of the past , again easy for some . Radical acceptance is a very very difficult thing to do and easy to say .
Kind regards , Mark .
