“I Am’ itself is God. The seeking itself is God. In seeking you discover that you are neither the body nor mind, and the love of the self in you is for the self in all. The two are one. The consciousness in you and the consciousness in me, apparently two, really one, seek unity and that is love.” ~ Nisargadatta Maharaj
I Am
There is a place within yourself that hasn’t been corrupted by the errors of the outside world. A place where peace resides and love encompasses all.
When the mind is at peace; when the physical senses are brought to a state of total stillness and surrender, you can hear a soft voice within yourself saying to you:
Be still and know that there is nothing outside of you that can fulfill you. Be still and know that true peace comes from within...
If you want to know true peace; if you want to experience the freedom, joy and bliss of Being, only I Am can show you the way….
“All you need is already within you, only you must approach your self with reverence and love. Self-condemnation and self-disgust are grievous errors. Your constant flight from pain and search for pleasure is a sign of love you bear for your self, all I plead with you is this: make love of your self perfect. Deny your self nothing–give yourself infinity and eternity and discover that you do not need them; you are beyond.” ~ Nisargadatta Maharaj
I Am: Nisargadatta Maharaj Powerful Guided Meditation
“When the mind is quiet, it reflects Reality. When it is motionless, through and through, it dissolves. And only Reality remains. Give attention to the Reality within and it will come to life. Keep on remembering I Am neither the mind or its ideas. Do it patiently and with conviction and you will surely come to the direct vision of yourself as the Source of Being: Knowing. Loving. Eternal. All Embracing. All Pervading. You are The Infinite focused in a body.” ~ Nisargadatta Maharaj
