“You change your life by changing your thoughts. If the thoughts you think are pure, your life will be pure.”~ Raj Rishi
Did you know that the latest research in neuroplasticity tells us we’re not hardwired to be a certain way for the rest of our lives?
Did you know that the latest research in epigenetics says we’re not doomed by our genes and that in fact we’re marvels of adaptability and change?
Let me give you one very simple example for you to understand what these questions are all about.
If you think about how many times you’ve had to change schools, jobs, cities, the house you lived in, as challenging as it might have seemed to cope with the idea of change, at the end of the day, you managed to thrive, right?
You managed to adapt and make the most of your circumstances, no matter how serene or bumpy the ride has been. We are creatures of habit but this doesn’t mean we have to stay the same for the rest of our lives.
Change Your Life
Now, if you’ve been through so much in this life, and made it out of it wiser, stronger, and with more tools to help you cope with it all, would you agree with me when I say: we’re constantly changing and adapting to what life brings our way, and always finding ways to make our life experiences more fulfilling?
But wait, there’s more!
If there’s actual proof in your life that you’re wired to find solutions and ways to constantly adapt to the changes that take place all around you, who says the changes can’t start with you?
Who says you can’t influence your present reality and shift in the direction you want it to instead of simply going with the flow?
Dr. Joe Dispenza has always said that we are the creators of our reality, and when we don’t focus enough on the big picture, on the feelings and experiences we want for ourselves, we are simply left at the randomness of things. We are still creating by not creating, by not focusing on the positive instead of the negative. By allowing our minds to be influenced by the world around us, bosses, coworkers, the news, stock markets, distractions and so on. By allowing our hearts to be “poisoned” with the nonsense and craziness of the world.
Everything starts in your heart because the feeling is the secret to creating a new YOU, a new present reality.
How?
“Change your attitude and you change your life. You cannot control what happens to you in your life, but you can always control how you respond to it. The way you choose to respond is a reflection of your attitude. By changing your attitude, you also change your perspective and change your life.”~ Roy Bennett
I don’t want to give too much away so I will simply invite you to listen to Dr. Joe DIspenza explain it all in his unique way. (I personally have been following his work for years now and you won’t believe how much impact he’s had on it.)
And it is my hope that this video will help you understand how much power we actually have within ourselves in altering your present reality once and for all.
Enjoy 🙂
P.S. You can change your life and for those of you who are more skeptical, let me tell you that this is all science backed.
