The Wisdom of Failure: How to Find Your Way Back to Your Passion

When things don’t go as we wish them to go, and when failure comes knocking on our door, it can be quite challenging to continue to create the things you want to create.

But if you keep on going, focusing on the love you have for the creative process and on the journey, you will eventually discover that there is no such thing as failure, only lessons to learn. And Maya Angelou explains this so beautifully with these words, “You may encounter many defeats, but you must not be defeated. In fact, it may be necessary to encounter the defeats, so you can know who you are, what you can rise from, how you can still come out of it.”

In this inspiring TED Talk, Elizabeth Gilbert, the author of “Eat, Pray, Love”, talks about how to find the way back to your true passions even if success throws you off-course as much as failure does. A really beautiful and inspiring talk.

Enjoy 🙂
