The-Science-Behind-Happiness-An-Experiment-in-Gratitude

“Happiness cannot be traveled to, owned, earned, worn or consumed. Happiness is the spiritual experience of living every minute with love, grace, and gratitude.” ~ Denis Waitley

Did you know that psychologists have scientifically proven that one of the greatest contributors factors to overall happiness in your life is how much gratitude you show? Yes! Apparently the more grateful you are, the happier you become and the better your life gets.

In this beautiful video, a few people were asked to think of a person who was the most influential in their lives and then write down as much as they possibly could about why that person was so important to them. Check out what happens with these people when they realize what the experiment is really about. The best part starts at minute 2:45 and continues all the way till the end 🙂

Enjoy!

The Science and Psychology of Happiness: An Experiment in Gratitude

P.S. This will fill your heart with lots of love and much gratitude for the many beautiful people who had a positive impact on your life 🙂

Who is the most influential person in your life? Do you think you can call that person right now and do the same thing the people in this video were asked to do? Expressing your gratitude for the impact they had in your life and telling them how much you love and appreciate them?
