“If you can’t fly then run, if you can’t run then walk, if you can’t walk then crawl, but whatever you do you have to keep moving forward.” ~ Martin Luther King Jr.

There will be moments in your life when you will fall down; moments when you will have no confidence left to keep moving forward; moments when you will have little or no strength left to continue. When that happens, you’ll have to make an effort to remember what made you start in the first place. And you’ll have to search your mind for those images, those thoughts and those feelings that once gave you so much strength, courage and confidence to pursue your dreams and do the things that brought so much joy and happiness into your life and the lives of those around you. By doing so, you will be able to get up and keep moving forward no matter what happens.

No matter how hard life hits you, never give up on yourself. Never give up on your hopes, dreams and desires. Never give up on that which you believe in, on that which you stand fore. Use the example of Derek Anthony Redmond who is an excellent example of the human spirit of never giving up and keep on going, no matter how slow. Keep on going until you reach the finish line.
